Have you ever wanted to enter a spectacular world simply conjured up from the dreams and thoughts of one’s imagination?

I found that world today. When I entered Gabo-the-Baka's gallery, I had no idea what kind of exotic land I was about to step into.  Gabo-the-Baka combines every sort of art medium in her pieces, and stylishly brings them to life. Thus, her gallery a truly amazing kingdom that you will love to journey into over and over again.

To start off this amazing quest, I decided to review at least one different type of each artistic concept that Gabo-the-Baka rendered. The first thing that caught my eye was her - R E F L E C T I O N -. I heartily laugh at the court jesters who would understate this work by simply calling it a masterpiece. There’s a story to tell not just in the picture itself, but the sweeping brush strokes and the smooth blending of colors. The vast meadow, the sky, and the ominous castle floating in the distance is truly the basis of what fantasy is all about – pure surrealism.

Before I knew it, it was time to dive deeper into Gabo-the-Baka's gallery, even if it meant submerging myself into the waters of …and pigs can swim. I did not encounter any mermaids, but I did find a group of playful-looking swine snorkeling underneath the ocean’s waves. Even the light from the sun above the sea adds to the lighthearted mood of this picture. Quirky and imaginative, Gabo-the-Baka created a simple saying into a work of art.

When it was finally time to surface again, I got to take a closer look at one of Gabo-the-Baka's more recent works. I stepped into the streets of Marching Youth, and became a part of history in the making. A tale is told when gazing into the passive expression of the little boy’s face while there is a whirl of activity around him. You can feel the boy’s intentions as he is guided along – wanting to be part of something, wanting to do good. This monochromatic photo does not speak for itself, but instead leaves thousands of interpretations for the viewer to determine. Is that not the very essence of photography?

Now, my fellow Floridians, I urge you to get up, strap on your hiking boots, and follow this map, so that you too can discover the secrets in the amazing realm of Gabo-the-Baka.
