It’s amazing how the world becomes so small when you are on the internet and that’s shown through this community right here. I joined FloridaDeviants August 1, 2005, and since then I’ve joined many other clubs, one in particular, ThePhotoCritic. This club is run by Doubtful-Della. She’s a really outgoing and very supportive person of the deviantART community and when she joined Florida Deviants I was shocked. But what is even more surprising, is that she lives in the same city of my high school! So I browse her gallery and there is some awesome works; when she added me there was nothing better than to return the favor. Now on to the good stuff!

_{Fear.Uncertainity.Apprehension}

Doubtful-Della’s gallery is full of images of her everyday life, which also reflects my style, as I want fellow deviants to see what I see in any given moment. What makes her story more interesting is that she is pregnant and soon to be expecting her and her husband’s first child. She took her watchers with her journey as she took self-portraits to depict her emotions through her pregnancy. One of her latest, _{Fear.Uncertainity.Apprehension} sums up her anxieties as the time approaches. I love the details of the photo and how she portrays this emotion by not looking at the camera and the variety of the curves of both the light and her body add to the composition as a whole.

_{Morning Ride}

Apart from her pregnancy, she went on a trip to Busch Gardens recently and sure enough she captured some nature photographs. She has many nature photos within her gallery, be sure to check them out, but one of my favorites is her incorporation of nature and people with _{Morning Ride}. This captures a really neat moment with the textures of the ocean and the leading line created by the sun that directs attention down to the bicycle rider, then the elongated shadown helps extend the composition. Yet, some things can’t be perfect, the good qualities out weigh the bad in that piece as explained in the description.

_{Lilly's Giraffe}

Doubtful-Della really captures remarkable photos within her Floridian life and I hope you agree by checking out her gallery! Please note, I’ve mainly touched the surface of her recent work, but she does other things than photography, like painting, collage work, etc. One painting, _{Lilly’s Giraffe} has a great use of complementary and supplementary colors with the use of a square pattern and a variety of lines (not bad for a first fanciful painting). So don’t be discouraged and say “oh, another photographer” because Daniella, is way more than just another photographer, with use of various mediums, but mainly, a good source of inspiration.
